Advantages and disadvantages of vertical shaft impact crusher
Advantages:
Large crushing ratio: The discharge granularity is adjustable, not affected by the wear of hammer plate and liner plate.
Strong adaptability: No grizzly bar design, it is capable to process wet materials with moisture content about 8% or materials with a high mud content.
High crushing efficiency: Combined with the working principle of “stone beat stone” and “stone beat iron”, the vertical shaft impact crusher has high crushing efficiency and low power consumption.
Good particle shape: The finished products are in cubic shape, with high bulk density, low iron pollution.
Convenient maintenance: The machine body is equipped with a detection door, and the replacement of vulnerable parts is convenient. The elastic adjustment mechanism can automatically discharge non-breakable materials to prevent equipment damage.
Disadvantages:
The single-machine processing capacity is relatively small, making it suitable for medium and small-scale production.
Long-term crushing of materials with a compressive strength exceeding 140MPa will accelerate wear.
