What are the reasons for uneven discharge of cone crusher?
- Material particle size is too large.
When there is excessive particle size or hard material in the crushing room, the particle size segregation of the material in the crushing room of the cone crusher will be more serious, and the input material cannot be completely broken, resulting in uneven discharge.
- The materials contain too much water.
When the materials with too much water enter the crushing chamber of the cone crusher, they will stick together, causing the material blockage in the crushing chamber, reducing the crushing capacity of the equipment on the material, thus causing the uneven discharge.
- Overfeeding.
When too many materials are put into the crushing room, it is easy to block the materials in the crushing room, occupy part of the space in the crushing room, reduce the crushing space of materials, and the granularity of the crushed materials may be uneven.
- Improper size of ore outlet.
Cone crusher discharge opening size is different, easy to cause late discharge of broken materials, resulting in material blockage, affect the crushing situation of materials, increase material blockage, resulting in uneven crushing of materials.
- Voltage is too low.
When the crushing site working voltage is too low, it can not provide production conditions for the normal crushing of cone crusher, and the crushing power is insufficient, resulting in uneven particle size of broken products.
