Main equipment: ZSW2160 vibrating feeder, JC125 jaw crusher, 2 PFQ1520 impact crusher, 4 PFL2000III vertical complex crusher, 10 large scale vibrating screen, 8 ZG series vibrating feeder.
Production capacity: 1000 t/h, include coarse crushing workshop, medium crushing workshop, fine crushing workshop, and sand making workshop.

The main raw material of this project is wind fossil, the composition of raw materials is relatively complex, and the content of medium and small stones in raw materials is high. We fully consider the actual situation of raw materials in process design and equipment selection, and optimize the process and equipment. Large vibration feeder with pre-screening function is selected for pre-screening, which can reduce the working pressure of jaw crusher and save investment for customers under the condition of ensuring the processing capacity. - Build green mines
