1. The production capacity ≥ 200 t/h

For hard materials, jaw crusher + cone crusher is one of the most efficient combinations. The reason why the impact crusher is configured is that the aggregate needle content is higher after the cone crushing treatment. After impact crushing treatment, the particle size of the material is uniform and the crushing effect is good. In addition, the sand washing machine can clean and remove impurities, the finished products are clean and the market profit is better.
2. The production capacity ＜ 200 t/h
Equipment: vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, complex crusher (roller crusher, double stage crusher), vibrating screen, and conveyor belt.
Jaw crusher as an initial crushing equipment, can break 200+ rocks and stone. The output is between 1-2200 t/h, users can choose according to the actual process.
Complex crusher, double stage crusher and roller crusher are small crushing equipment, the designed output is relatively small, generally below 100t/h. This equipment has small power, energy saving, and small space, which is more suitable for small stone factories.
