Sand and gravel processing equipment mainly includes four types of machinery: crushing, sand making, screening and washing. It completes raw material processing through processes such as coarse crushing, medium crushing and sand making. Coarse crushing equipment – Jaw crusher
Jaw crusher is the common used coarse crushing equipment, with production capacity of 10 -2000 t/h. The crushing ratio is high, and the discharge opening is adjusted by using wedge mechanisms, enabling precise control over the finished product size with uniform particle distribution. The integrated design of the motor base and main unit simplifies installation, reduces space requirements, and enhances overall operational efficiency.
Medium crushing equipment – Cone crusher and Impact crusher
Cone crusher is suitable for the crushing of hard rocks, with production capacity of 45 – 3035 t/h. Cone crusher incorporates an innovative structural design, an optimized crushing chamber utilizing a laminated crushing principle, and an intelligent automated control system integrated with advanced internet-based monitoring capabilities. It offers high production capacity, low energy consumption, enhanced operational convenience to achieve reduced labor requirements, time savings, and lower maintenance costs.
Impact crusher is used for the crushing of medium hardness and soft rocks, with production capacity of 50 – 1000 t/h. The impact crusher features a robust rotor design, ensuring high durability and operational efficiency. The finished crushed stones exhibit a cubic shape with minimal fines generation. Additionally, the hydraulic system enables automatic adjustment of the clearance between the impact plate and hammer, thereby significantly reducing manual labor requirements while simultaneously enhancing productivity.
Sand making – Sand making machine
Sand making machine, commonly referred to as the vertical shaft impact crusher, has a production capacity ranging from 24 – 1100 t/h. Capable of both crushing and sand manufacturing, it produces well-graded aggregates with favorable particle shapes and fine sand output. The machine features a large discharge opening that ensures consistent and unobstructed material flow. Additionally, the hydraulic cover-opening system facilitates convenient maintenance and inspection.
Auxiliary system
Screening – Vibrating screen
The materials are subsequently screened and classified using a vibrating screen to produce sand and gravel of varying specifications and sizes. Materials that fail to meet the required standards are recirculated for reprocessing.
Conveying – Belt conveyor
Continuous material transfer via belt conveyors integrates each processing stage, ensuring uninterrupted production flow.
Sand washing – Sand washing machine
The sand washing machine is employed to clean sand and gravel by removing impurities such as soil and dust through the use of water, while also breaking the water vapor film to facilitate subsequent dehydration processes. In mineral processing, it serves as an effective tool for fine particle classification, thereby enhancing product purity.
