XH Series Recycle Machine for Fine Sand is used to recycle part of fine sand (0.16mm or less) which is taken away by sand washing water in processing system (wetmethod) of fine sand for sand and aggregate production. The loss of fine sand can be reduced. The collection of fine sand can be incorporated into the finished products to ensure that products classifying is reasonable and fineness modulus can meet the requirements. It improves the efficiency and quality of sand, reduces consumption of fine sand and also avoids the secondary disasters of the environment. XH Series Recycle Machine for Fine Sand is mainly composed of motor, slurry pump, whirlcone, 2SD linear vibrating screen, cleaning chute and return box.
