Jaw crusher is composed of fixed jaw plate and swing jaw plat. The electric motor drives belt and pulley to make the swing jaw up and down through eccentric shaft, and the angle between swing jaw plate and liner plate changes with the movement of swing plate up and down. When the swing jaw goes up, the materials are crushed, when the swing jaw goes down, the crushed materials are discharged by gravity. The uneven granularity size often appears during this operation. How to solve this problem? First of all, we should know what reasons cause the above problem.
- Wrong electric connection of motor, or the delta connection of motor changes into Y connection.
- Position of jaw plate changes, tooth crests are face to face.
- Bigger clearance between swing jaw and bearing after abrasion makes the rotation of bearing outer ring.
- Discharge opening is smaller than the specified limits.
- The hardness and toughness of the materials that to be crushed exceed the specified scope.
- Lower voltage on site.
Therefore, we should often take routine inspection, found problem and solve it immediately. When the above situation appears, carefully check the machine, solve the fault to prevent more loss caused by machine stop.
