Hammer crusher is mainly composed of shell, rotor, hammer head, impact plate and grate, etc. The shell is divided into upper and lower parts, the steel plate is cut and welded, and the other parts are connected with bolts. The shell is inlaid with high manganese steel lining, which can be replaced when worn out. Hammer crusher spindle is installed with the regular distribution of hammer head, rotary plate and hammer shaft rotor.

The principle of hammer mill crusher: the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and crushed by the strike, impact, shear and grinding of the high-speed hammer. In the lower part of the rotor, a sieve plate is provided, the particle size smaller than the sieve hole in the crushed material is discharged through the sieve plate, and the coarse particle size larger than the sieve hole is left in the sieve plate.
